TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Renter Requirements & Seller Rights

✩ Renters are required to submit a clear photo of a valid government-issued ID along with a side-by-side selfie holding the ID for verification purposes.✩ We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who fails to provide valid identification.✩ Customers must inform us in advance of the date(s) they will be using the rented items.✩ Trade rentals (swapping costumes/wigs between customers) are strictly prohibited.

2. Care & Maintenance of Cosplay

✩ All cosplay items are ready to wear upon pickup or delivery. There is no need for additional cleaning or preparation.Do NOT wash costumes or wigs. We handle all cleaning to prevent damage.Minor damage (e.g., stains; makeup , dust, food, etc.) are considered damage and are covered by the assurance fee (see Section 4).Permanent damage (e.g., rips, tears, burns, sewing/pin marks, altered clothing) or loss of the item will result in additional charges (see Section 5).✩ All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging as provided.

3. Care & Maintenance of Wigs

✩ All wigs are cleaned and styled before rental. They are ready to wear upon pickup or delivery.✩ All wigs are styled with crimping and securely glued spikes; samples are available in the link below:

✩ Should a renter require further details on the styling of the wig, additional charges will apply.Do NOT use heat tools (e.g., straighteners, curling irons, blow dryers). or products (e.g., gel, spray, or wax) on the wig.Minor damage (e.g., frizz, tangles, etc.) are considered damage and are covered by the assurance fee (see Section 4).Permanent damage (e.g., cut, dye, restyle) or loss of the item will result in additional charges (see Section 5).✩ Please return the wig in its original packaging.

4. Assurance Fee

✩ An assurance fee will be charged for any rental.✩ This fee is refundable if the item is returned in perfect condition.✩ The assurance fee covers minor or removable damage, such as stains that can be cleaned.✩ It does not cover permanent damage or loss. In such cases, additional fees apply (see Section 5).

5. Damage & Loss Policy

✩ Permanent damage or loss of any item will result in a minimum damage fee of ₱1,000.✩ Alternatively, the renter may be charged the full original purchase price of the item, depending on the severity of the damage or if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.✩ We will assess the condition of the returned items and notify you of any applicable charges.

6. Reservations & Rental Period

✩ To reserve an item, customers must state: 1.) Rental date(s) 2.) Duration of use✩ A non-refundable down payment of at least 25% of the item’s price is required to confirm a reservation.✩ The remaining balance must be fully paid at least 5 days before the scheduled rental date.✩ Failure to pay the full balance on time will result in a late fee of ₱20 per day.Rental extensions are available at a rate of ₱100 per day and must be requested in advance.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

✩ Cancellations are not encouraged, but if unavoidable, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental price will be charged.✩ The cancellation fee will be calculated based on the duration provided at the time of booking.✩ If you cancel within 3 days to your scheduled rental date, no refunds given for the full amount paid.
